The collection marks a "natural progression" for the Israeli-American designer who originally comes from a menswear design aesthetic, and follows the launch of her womenswear label 19 years ago.
The inaugural offering will include a range of classic shirting, pants, jackets, and occasion-wear ranging in price from $185 for cotton jersey tees to $2,195 for a leather jacket.
Lotan, who founded her own line in 2003, started out at fashion companies including Liz Claiborne, Nautica, and Ralph Lauren as a fashion designer.
In a statement, Lotan said: "Thinking thoughtfully about the essential luxury pieces every man, husband, and boyfriend of my client would need, I built a full men’s wardrobe.
"As with women’s, I wanted to create something nonchalant and sophisticated. I started with relaxed-fit pants in both Italian cotton and wool, then to luxurious cashmere sweaters, shearlings, and finally leather pieces and cool, relaxed utilitarian outerwear.
